Frequently Asked Questions - Coupons

What do I need to print a coupon?

A printer is required to complete the coupon printing process. There are two ways that a coupon can be printed and this depends on your computer set up and the software that is on it:

1. If you have software called Java already installed on your computer, you will be asked to "run" a small application called an Applet. All you need to do is press the "run" button when the window pops up. By pressing run, the Java Applet automatically starts and allows us to send the coupon data to your computer.

2. Alternatively, if you do not have Java on your computer, you will be asked to install a small piece of software called the Coupon Printer. The Coupon Printer is safe software that enables your computer to build and print coupons.

You will only have to do this once. You must then press the "Print my coupon" button and the coupon will be sent to your printer.
